Rear Storefront is the studio of artists Daniele Frazier and Trenton Duerksen. Sometimes Rear Storefront hosts formal exhibitions. Either way, the doors are always open.

Daniele Frazier graduated from the Cooper Union School of Art in 2007, where she received the Jacques and Natasha Gelman Trust Award.  Her work has been shown at Guild & Greyshkul, Museum 52, Rivington Arms, Ritter Zamet, Socrates Sculpture Park, and Gavin Brown’s Passerby, among others.  She works primarily in sculpture and drawing, but has performed at the Brooklyn Academy of Music and often cameos in other artists’ performances and videos.

Trenton Duerksen was born and raised in McPherson, Kansas. He moved to New York in 1998. After graduating from the Cooper Union, Trenton served as the Artist in Residence for Nest Magazine. He is a recipient of the Jacque and Natasha Gelman Trust Prize and the Emerging Artist Fellowship from Socrates Sculpture Park. He has been represented by Galerie Parisa Kind in Frankfurt and Guild & Greyshkul gallery in New York. Trenton teaches sculpture at The Cooper Union School of Art.
